Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences - Minor

Requirements

The minor is flexible and can provide either an introductory survey of Earth Sciences, or emphasize sub-discipline areas of particular interest to the student. A student interested in a minor in Earth Sciences should consult with an advisor from the department to tailor a plan best suited to the student's interest.

Course Requirements

• ERTH 101 or ERTH 103 or ERTH 170
• ERTH 101L (unless ERTH 170 is taken)
• ERTH 200
• Additionally, at least 11 credits of upper division courses at the 300-level or higher.
• A 2.0 minimum grade is required in courses applied toward the minor
